Veteran Sales Professional Will Oversee Team of Sales Representatives for Leader in Purging Compounds
Rob Palmisano named new Asaclean National Sales Manager for Sun Plastech, Inc.
Parsippany, NJ – Asaclean®, manufacturer of the industry-leading commercial purging compound for thermoplastic injection molders, extruders, and blown film providers, has hired veteran sales professional Rob Palmisano as National Sales Manager. In this position, Mr. Palmisano will provide coaching, direction, and leadership to a highly trained team of Technical Sales Representatives, as well as focus on new business development nationwide.
Mr. Palmisano will oversee a team of sales representatives responsible for educating customers on the benefits of Asaclean® purging compounds, which include faster changeovers for reduced machine downtime, as well as decreases in both rejects and scrap material. Asaclean® purging compounds have proven effective at removing color and carbon contamination from production equipment and reducing the need for screw-pulls. All totaled, the result is increased productivity and cost savings.
Prior to joining as the new Asaclean® Sales Manager, Mr. Palmisano was Regional Sales Director for Staples Business Advantage, held a variety of sales and operational leadership positions at Corporate Express, and was Sales Manager for New Jersey Office Supply. He is a resident of Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey.
